In Loving Memory of Violet Schwartz
May 2, 1945 - November 12, 2025
Our hearts are heavy as we say goodbye to Violet “Vi” Schwartz (née Tash) — a woman whose kindness, spirit, and love touched everyone who knew her. Violet has now been reunited in eternal peace with her beloved husband, Gerald Schwartz, who passed before her.
Violet was a devoted mother to her three daughters: Patricia Lawlor, Christine Wurttemberger and her husband Adam, and Jennifer Diprima and her husband Keith. Her heart grew even fuller with the joy of her grandchildren — Desiree Lohse, Courtney Lawlor, Jacee Pierson, James Pierson, Cody Wurttemberger, Grace Diprima, and Evan Diprima — each of whom brought her endless pride and laughter. She was also blessed with beautiful great-grandchildren: Mckayla Laureano, Jordan Karlo, Vincent Ross, Juliana Ross, and Christopher Pierson, who added even more love and light to her life. Her love extended further to her beloved sister Melodie Johnson and nephew Harold Johnson, his wife Lori, daughter Mckenzie and son Logan.
Violet will always be remembered for her kind, giving, and caring nature — and for the fiery personality that made her unforgettable. She loved deeply, gave freely, and stood strong for the people she cared about. Her home was a place of warmth, laughter, and love, always open to family, friends, and, of course, her beloved dogs, Harley and Sophie, who never left her side.
She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, strength, and unconditional love. Those who knew Violet will forever remember her beautiful heart, her sharp wit, and the way she could make anyone laugh.
Her family takes comfort in knowing that Violet is now at peace, reunited with Gerald and surrounded by the love that she shared so freely in life. Violet’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
