MICHAEL N. ENNIS, age 82 of Glen Rock NJ, passed away on April 27, 2022. Beloved husband of Virginia Ennis (nee Lucca). Loving father of Michael, Marc and Dawn Ennis. Dear grandfather of Chloe Ennis.
After his honorable discharge from the United States Air Force he went to work for TWA at JFK Airport and eventually became Director of Operations Control where he received numerous awards for superior service. He later went to work for American Airlines in the same position in St. Louis, MI. He has served as Commander of the Glen Rock American Legion Post #145 for many years, and loved every minute of it. Michael loved all animals great or small, loving to photograph eagles while living in St. Louis, but his love and adoration of dogs, especially his own was something that was very evident by anyone who knew him and always held a special place in his heart.
Services from Kugler Funeral Home, Saddle Brook NJ. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Monday, May 2, 2022 from 2-4 & 6-8pm. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at 12pm with a gathering at the funeral home at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or St. Judes Childrens Hospital in Michaels name.
