Jose Mercedes Herrera

JOSE MERCEDES HERRERA, age 85, of Paterson, NJ passed away at St Joseph Hospital on Monday April 27th, 2020.

Jose was born on September 24th, 1934 in Trujillo, Peru. He came to the U.S.A. in 1997 and was a resident of Paterson, NJ. Jose was a retired Machine Operator.

Jose Herrera is survived by his wife Angelica Herrera, and his children (Pedro Herrera deceased), Luis Herrera, Dora Herrera, Josue Herrera, William Herrera, (Clay Herrera deceased), Enio Herrera, Cecilia Herrera, Liz Herrera, Lina Herrera, and Stepson Jhony Quispe. He is also survived by his Grandchildren Romi, Luis, Miriam, Luis Alberto, Michael, Rosita, Mijael, Lesly, Robert, Raquel, Laura, Josilu, Neil, Keyli, Jahmir, Jason, Tiffany, Briana, and Eliel. Also survived by his great grandchildren Solange, Brittany, Pedro Diego, Chelsea, Bertha,Pedro Luis, Ashley, and Bethany and his great-great grandchildren Cameron, Kevin, Piero, Ishel, lei, Keisha, Julieta, and Estrella.

Private gathering of family held at Kugler Community Home For Funerals in Saddle Brook and interment in Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Paterson.
