Ismael San Luis Sanguir Jr., (47), of Little Ferry, New Jersey, passed away on January 26, 2024, surrounded by his family.
Ismael is survived by his wife Ethel of 22 years and daughters Angela Sanguir and Shannen Sanguir. Ismael was a loving husband and father to his wife and kids.
Ismael was born to Mercedita San Luis and Ismael Sanguir Sr. in Sta Maria Bulacan, Philippines. Ismael carried a child-like spirit with his love for racing games, immense collection of Hot Wheels cars, and playing basketball. Aside from his love of games, he also loved to gamble in the food department. Ismael’s passion for eating, soon led him to a full-time career in DoorDash and an Uber driver so that food was easily accessible for him. Ismael was always there for his family whether it was bringing them food on a late night to cheering for his two daughters at their college graduation. Ismael was always a fighter and fought to stay with his wife and two daughters until the days leading to his death. His determination, resilience, and positive attitude will forever be remembered.
