Dina Rosa Califano (nee Labbate)

Dina Rosa Califano (nee Labbate), age 90, passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on February 3, 2026 in Fara San Martino, Italy. Dina was born in Monteferrante, Italy and migrated to Cranford, NJ in 1966. Dina is predeceased by her husband, Domenico Califano, and her sister, Sabina Labbate. She was a loving mother to her two sons, Michele Califano (Gisa) and Giuseppe Califano (Shayna), and dear grandmother of four grandchildren, Bianca, Antonino, Sofia, and Isabella, and 2 great grandchildren; Owen and Elliott. Dina is also survived by her brother Gino Labbate (Lourdes) and many nieces and nephews. 

Visitation and Funeral Mass was held in Monteferrante, Italy on February 5, 2026. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 10am at Church of the Assumption 113 Coolidge Place Roselle Park, NJ. Inurnment to follow at Fairview Cemetery 1100 E. Broad Street Westfield, NJ.
