Clara Adrignola

Clara Adrignola (née Frasca), age 89 of Saddle Brook, NJ was born February 24, 1937, in Kearny, NJ and passed away on August 7, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Clara was a graduate of Lyndhurst High School, Class of 1957.

For 40 years, from September 1985 through December 2025, Clara proudly served her community of Saddle Brook as a school crossing guard on Jamros Terrace. She became a familiar and beloved presence to generations of children and families, faithfully watching over them as they made their way to and from school. Over four decades, Clara crossed generations — in many cases helping the children of those she had once guided safely across the street. To so many in the community, she was simply a fixture of Jamros Terrace, a familiar face they knew, trusted, and remembered.

Later in life, Clara became known for another part of her personality — her dedication to the gym. She remained remarkably active and committed to fitness well into her later years, earning recognition for her determination and energy. She also had a lifelong love of dogs, who always held a special place in her heart.

Clara was a parishioner of St. Philip the Apostle Church of Saddle Brook and a member of the Rosary Society. 

Clara was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Lynne Margaret (February 7, 1968–1973); her parents, Gus Frasca and Olga Pacitto Frasca; and her siblings, Julio Frasca, Marie “Babe” Caggiano, and Pauline Candella.

She is survived by her husband, Gabriel Adrignola; her children, Laura Richetti and her husband, Michael; Joseph Adrignola and his wife, Tara; and Anthony Adrignola and his wife, Tracy.

Clara was a loving grandmother to Joseph Adrignola Jr., Michael Richetti Jr., Alyssa Adrignola, Olivia Adrignola, Thomas Adrignola, Aria Adrignola, Alissa Siebel and her husband, Michael Siebel, and Summer Rosetti, and a cherished great-grandmother to Maya and Millie Siebel.

Above all, Clara will be remembered as a loving wife and devoted mother who dedicated her life to her family, guiding them with love, compassion, strength, and unwavering support. Her family was always at the heart of who she was. She will also be remembered for the lasting impression she made on the community she served for so many years. Her presence became part of the lives of generations of families, and her memory will live on through all those who knew and loved her.

Funeral services from Kugler Funeral Home 311 Fifth Street Saddle Brook, NJ.  Funeral Mass to be held at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church 488 Saddle River Road Saddle Brook, NJ on Tuesday August 11, 2026 at 11am. Private cremation immediately afterwards.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Clara’s memory may be made to the ASPCA or the PAN Foundation.
